CONTRACTS
AIR FORCE
            Raytheon Co., Missile Systems, Tucson, Ariz., has been awarded a $14,008,889 firm-fixed price modification (P00007) to previously awarded contract (FA8675-10-C-0011) for the delivery of modified control sections for the HARM missile (AGM-88).  This modification provides for the exercise of the option for Lot 2 production of 350 HARM control section modification units.  The total cumulative face value of the contract is $30,796,174.  Work will be performed at Tucson, Ariz., and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2015.  Fiscal 2012 Missile Procurement and 2013 Operations and Maintenance and Missile Procurement funds in the amount of $14,008,889 are being obligated at time of award.  Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/EBAS, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., is the contracting activity. 

            The Royal Jordanian Air Academy, Amman, Jordan has been issued task order #0004 in the amount of $11,579,331 for contract (FA3002-12-D-0006) for English language and technical training to Iraqi Air Force students.  Training will be at the Royal Jordanian Air Academy, and is expected to be completed by June 18, 2014.  This contract is in support of foreign military sales in the amount of $11,579,331.  Air Education and Training Command Contracting Squadron/LGCI (International Contracting Flight), Randolph Air Force Base, Texas is the contracting activity. 

NAVY
            Raytheon Co., McKinney, Texas, is being awarded an $8,080,826 Basic Ordering Agreement for AN/AAS-53 common sensor payload (CSP) repairs and sustainment support.  CSP AN/AAS-53 repairs and sustainment support, which includes depot repair, spare analysis, program management, configuration management, software maintenance, field support repair, field support engineering support continental United States, engineering support, reliability and logistical support.  Work will be performed in McKinney, Texas (93.7 percent); Dugway, Utah (3.8 percent); and El Mirage, Calif. (2.5 percent), and is expected to be completed by June 2014.  Fiscal 2013 Aircraft Procurement, Army funds in the amount of $589,000 will be obligated at time of award.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was procured and solicited on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, Ind., is the contracting activity (N00164-12-G-JQ66). 

DEFENSE ADVANCED RESEARCH PROJECTS AGENCY
            Battelle Memorial Institute, Columbus, Ohio was awarded a $7,057,206 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract modification (HR0011-13-C-0023).  This work is for the Dialysis-Like Therapeutics program (DLT).  DLT seeks to develop a portable device that can effectively treat sepsis across the military health system; capable of removing dirty blood from the body, separate harmful agents, and return clean blood to the body in a manner similar to dialysis treatment of kidney failure.  Work will be performed in Columbus, Ohio (51 percent); San Diego, Calif., (7 percent) and Lawrence, Mass.  The estimated completion date is Feb. 12, 2018.  The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.

ARMY
CORRECTION: In the June 17, 2013 release of contract modification award to Rosonboronexport, the amount of funds obligated at award should have read, $553,759,240.
